Mr. Marshall was a member of the board of directors of the Securities Industry Association Technology Committee. He is a graduate of New York University in Finance and Computer Applications and Information Systems (B.S.), and the Harvard Management Program in Strategic Technology and Business Development.
Chief Technology Officer & Chairman - Mathew Zuckerman, Ph.D. - Extensive experience with protecting, licensing and commercializing intellectual property with over 100 launches of new technological products. His background includes three areas of prior experience of Engineering, Science and Business Management: Engineering of thermal, materials handling, air and liquid process equipment and instrumentation design and construction, and manufacturing from Envirotech’s EIMCO, BSP, Buell and Dohrman divisions; Science of process development of the unit operations of hydrolysis, carbon activation and device physics application to liquid and gas measurements grounded by doctoral research conducted at New York University; Business Management of companies with manufacturing lines and domestic and international sales of products made from technology as the CEO, President and Director levels of publicly traded companies including Televideo and underpinned by time as a Alfred P. Sloan Executive Fellow at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Chief Marketing and Branding Officer - Jeffrey Loch - Over 20 years of progressive marketing and sales responsibilities within the highly competitive consumer packaged goods arena. Mr. Loch authored the “Marketiquette” philosophy (proper marketing) as a result of prior companies’ “best practices” and has been successfully applying it for the past 7 years when developing branding and go-to-market strategies for clients of the consulting firm he co-founded. In addition, Jeff has had exposure to just about every major retailer within a variety of trade classes and has achieved enormous success while working for some of the greatest branding companies in the world, including Clorox, Armor All Products Corporation, ConAgra Foods, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Dixon Ticonderoga. A native of Michigan and graduate of Albion College, Mr. Loch began his career with Pepsi Cola.
Chief Financial Officer - Greg Adams - From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Adams served as Chief Financial Officer of EDGAR Online Inc. (NASDAQ: EDGR - News), a leading provider of business information. In January 2003, he added the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer and in 2004 was appointed as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Adams brings extensive SEC and compliance experience to the company, having served for 11 years at KPMG in the audit and advisory services group. He also was CFO of PRT Group Inc., a technology and solutions company, based in New York and the Blenheim Group. Mr. Adams is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves as Vice Chairman of Financial Executives International committee on finance and information technology. He received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.
President, GET Manufacturing - Ron Lipson - Mr. Lipson brings over 30 years of successful business, manufacturing and operations experience. Born & raised in the Detroit area, Mr Lipson, upon graduating with “distinctions” from the University of Michigan, went to work for the Chrysler Corporation and by the age of 23, became Chrysler’s youngest executive reporting directly to Mr. Lee Iaccoca. Soon afterwards, Ron started Kwik Paint Products which quickly became the second largest supplier of “indirect” paint materials with sales surpassing $100,000,000 annually in 8 short years. An additional company created by Lipson in 1998, based on technology that he developed in the area of pre-saturated packaged wipes, still lists PPG and Gordon’s Foods as some of their many customers. The holder of 7 patents in the area of coatings and packaging, Mr Lipson was recognized in 2001 by Crain’s Business and named “Entrepreneur of the Year”.
R & D Director - Perumal Sekar, Ph.D. – Dr. Sekar is a senior research scientist with 15 years experiences in nanotechnology, organic synthesis and inorganic chemistry. He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay, Mumbai, India, served as a Research Fellow, Northwestern University, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by The Royal Society of Chemistry, Madras.
Director - Janet Jankura, 45, is a Township Trustee in Richfield, Ohio. Previously, she was Chief Human Resource Officer for units of Rockwell Automation and National City Corporation. Previously she chaired the Cleveland Museum of Art Young Friends Board of Directors and was co-founder and trustee for Cleveland Bridge Builders, which supports inter-generational leadership training and succession planning in regional business and civic sectors. Mrs. Jankua received her M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford, Connecticut and subsequently served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer with Top Secret security clearance.Director - Simon Higgs, 41, began his career with the U.K.’s Royal Mail, holding several management positions in depot management, transportation logistics, international distribution and contract negotiation over an eight year period. In 1996, Mr. Higgs joined Marken Ltd., a privately held, U.K.-based courier company serving in a number of senior management posts leading up to the number two post of Global Director. During his 10-year tenure with Marken, the company became the market leader in specialist, pharmaceutical transportation before being acquired by Excel plc, the second largest logistics company in the world. Mr. Higgs’ operational experience spans more than 30 different countries. He now uses this expertise to advise companies seeking to expand internationally.
Director - Humbert D. Powell, 70, serves as a senior member of the Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking Divisions of Sanders Morris Harris, which during the course of the last 4 years has raised more than $2.8 billion for more than 30 oil, gas and energy-related transactions. Before joining SMH Capital in 1996, Mr. Powell was the Chairman at Marleau, Lemire USA and Vice Chairman of Marleau, Lemire Securities, Inc. He also served as a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department of Bear Stearns & Co., with domestic and international responsibilities for the investment banking effort. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Director of E.F. Hutton & Co., where he was employed in various capacities for 18 years. Mr. Powell also sits on the board of trustees at Salem-Teikyo University, and previously served on the boards of Lottery Dynamics, Alliance Distribution, World Water Corporation, Endeavor International Corp. and Green Holdings Inc.
